RECRUITMENT AND ADAPTATION MANAGEMENT

Through the improvement of setting up  procedures, can I decrease the fluctuation of employees, thus impact cost related to these processes?

Yes, quality set up of recruitment and adaptation procedures, which ensures their being in conformity with the real needs of the company,  decreases fluctuation in a significant way, which has an impact on redundant costs.

Every company searches, hires and dismisses employees, helps newcomers adapt in the new environment and deals with internal moves of individual employees within the company structure. The company has to be able to handle these activities systematically. The process needs to be managed and described in such a way that the activities can be supervised, measured and evaluated in order to be amended in line with the changing  needs and direction of the company.

We offer professional services in the following areas: 

  • creation of employee selection strategies, especially related to key positions, set up of the recruitment process
  • employee dismissal management, help with a set up of the outplacement process
  • materialization of selection processes to fill vacant positions through interviews with possible implementation of an Assessment center (AC) ? coordination of the final selection with the company management
  • creation and analysis of the adaptation process, set up of responsibilities for single parts of the adaptation, training of employees in charge of the adaptation, monitoring of the adaptation process
  • adjustment of the recruitment and adaptation processes in order for them to be in line with the quality management systems (ISO, EFQM, CAF)
