MOTIVATION AUDIT
I have quality and qualified employees, whose working performance has not been at 100% for quite some time. What can I do about it?
In such cases, it is essential to find out why the employees are not motivated enough, how to re-motivate them, which obstacles prevent them from reaching optimum performance and what the source of their dissatisfaction is. Through the motivation audit we will find out all of these facts and we will come up with a set of measures to further work with these employees and increase the overall company performance.
We offer you the opportunity to get to know your employees from the following perspectives: their personality, social behavior and work motivators. The outcome will be presented to you both in a written report as well as personally with an option to discuss individual solution suggestions.
As part of the motivation audit, we will perform the following activities.
Creation of profiles of individual employees based on a combination of a questionnaire and a guided interview:
- during a meeting with the top company management we will define key employees who should participate in the audit as well as the main focus points of the audit
- each participating employee will complete a special set of our questionnaires related to his/her personality, attitude, ideas, motivators and life priorities.
- each participating employee will undergo a 60-miniute guided interview, which will help the auditor obtain further information
- based on the outcome of these activities, an individual profile of every employee will be created summarizing his/her results
Summarization of particular results in a closing audit report and provision of feedback:
- creation of an audit report on the basis of results of individual employees including general suggestions for the future
- presentation of individual results to the participating employees including a discussion on the future role of each employee within the company and his/her personal development opportunities
- presentation of the audit report and the audit results to the company management, analysis of the key employees, departmental and company analysis, discussion on the collected data and its future potential use
